Lone Star Auto Appraisal has been a real jewel. I found this company a little bit over a year or so ago and I've not stopped using them since that moment. To say the least, Dewayne, the owner, operator has recouped funds from Horace Mann and Allstate that I couldn't despite my diligent data research, ability to identify errors with their CCC evaluations, and know how. The insurance companies literally lied, cheated, and deceived to avoid paying accurate amounts for vehicles. For instance, Horace Mann offered me a low settlement on a car that goes for thousands easily. Dewayne got it all!!! His fee didn't even compare to the amount he helped me recoup and he was worth every penny! Unfortunately, Horace Mann failed to follow the letter of law and still deduced amounts from the agreed upon appraisal amount.<br><br>Lone Star Auto Appraisal did what I couldn't do on my own through the appraisal process.
