Boats, RVs, motorcycles, and trailers are titled property with all the same paperwork problems as cars, plus serial numbers in strange places. We appraise all of it: at the dock, the barn, or the pad in Texas, and 100% online everywhere else. $250 flat, 24-48 hours.

WHAT THIS SOLVES

Titled property, unusual paperwork

Every category here has its own quirks. Texas boats and outboard motors title through the Parks & Wildlife Department, not the DMV. Homemade and farm trailers raise serial-number questions the county will ask. Marine, RV, and powersports markets sit outside the automotive guides entirely. A generalist car appraiser meets these once a year; we meet them every week.

Whether the job is an insurance dispute over a flooded bass rig, a resale value on a gooseneck, or an agreed value on a motorhome, the deliverable is the same: a certified appraisal prepared for the office or carrier that has to receive it. We appraise specialty vehicles in all 50 states and DC.

We come to it, or you send photos

In Texas: marina, storage yard, pasture, or mobile home park, with serial verification, photos, and condition notes. Everywhere else, you send the photos and serial shots and we work from those.

03

Paperwork that fits the office

TPWD, TDHCA, county clerk, your insurer, or a lender: the appraisal arrives within 24-48 hours, formatted for whoever has to accept it.

PRICING

Every specialty vehicle appraisal: $250, flat

$250 flat for boats, RVs, motorcycles, powersports, and trailers, whether we come to it in Texas or handle it online from your photos. If you're in Texas and the job is a bonded title on a specialty vehicle, that runs on the bonded title appraisal at $200 flat instead.

FAQS

Boat, RV and motorcycle questions

[faq-start]

  1. Can you appraise a boat and its motor and trailer together?
  2. Do you handle RVs and motorhomes?
  3. Can you help with a bonded title on a boat, motorcycle, or trailer?
  4. Can you appraise a specialty vehicle without seeing it?
  5. Will my insurer accept it for an agreed-value policy?
  6. How long does the value stay current?
  1. Yes. Boat, outboard, and trailer often title separately and are frequently insured separately, so we can value the package as a unit or itemize each component. Tell us which the receiving office needs and the report is built that way.
  2. Yes: Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, and truck campers. Motorhomes get chassis and coach assessed separately, since drivetrain condition and living-quarters condition move value in different directions.
  3. In Texas, yes. That work runs on the bonded title appraisal at $200 flat, and note that Texas boats and outboards title through the Parks & Wildlife Department rather than the DMV, while homemade trailers may need an assigned serial number first. Outside Texas we don't handle bonded titles, though we can still appraise the vehicle for insurance, resale, or a court matter.
  4. In Texas we come to it: marina, storage yard, pasture, or pad. Everywhere else, a thorough photo set (exterior, interior, engine or drivetrain, hull or frame, and clear serial-number shots) plus service and upgrade records lets a certified appraiser document condition and value to professional standards.
  5. It's one of the most common reasons owners order one. Specialty vehicles are chronically misvalued by standard policy software, and an agreed-value or stated-value policy needs documented support. The report is prepared for exactly that use, though your carrier makes the final call on the policy.
  6. Marine, RV, and powersports markets move seasonally. Most insurers, lenders, and buyers want an appraisal dated within the last 12-24 months.
